Lol. no. Your car has a problem with the engine(or somewhere under the hood). If you are out of warranty, go to your local autoparts store (autozone, advance auto, napa) and go get your car scanned.. it will tell you whats wrong with it, along with a code. And then come back and post the code up here.

Don't think that the auto parts stores are doing free scans anymore. Just go an purchase a OBD scanner. You're gonna need it!

Dude, if your car is running fine, as in no missfire, your coils are good.

    Follow that advice.

You can get a CEL for about 100 different things. Some are nothing to worry about and some are cause for you to stop driving the car and have service right away.

VAG COM by ross tech. look into that. there are several levels of scan tools you can get....

If you are not near a dealer a low cost scan tool might be a great idea
If you don't have haters, then you're not kicking enough ass.

Autozone just requires a deposit if you want to take it home. They want you to check the light out so you buy their stuff to fix the problem. VAG-COM is a good idea but checking it out now is best.

I went to advance and all they wanted was to hold my driver's license while I went out and scanned the car in their parking lot. It was no big deal.
