    Best wide wheels for B5?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Hey guys, i really dont post that much here, usually im on vortex. But i have been planning a bit of a different look for my Audi. I used to have a mk2 golf with the stretched BBS, 16V etc etc.. and loved the wide low look.

So i was thinking of doing something like getting some wide flat black Stealies for the B5. I dont see many B5's with that look. Only one on the tex, but he does not run that setup no more.

Anyways... Would anyone have any pics of B5 with wide Stealies??? i have only found like one of a B5... the rest are passat..

    Anyone got any more pics?

    Thanks.

I noticed that people on different sites have different syles when modding. And Vortex members adore the stretched look. There are a few whom do that to thier wheels on this site, but not many. What you may want to consider is maybe 18"x9" wheels, don't know what size tires to go with. For a poke, there are many whom just place on wheel spacers to get that stance that is coveted (ie 18x8.5 w/3-10mm spacers). Just an alternate route to consider.

    Nice set-up.

But, I wouldn't fit steels to my car, unless I had a blow-out, and only had a space saver.

Wide alloys FTW, preferrably BBS LM's.

Well the thing is for me being a student, and making poop money part time, i cant really spend over a grand on some nice BBS rims. wish i could though.

The wide steelies are just one of my options for wheels at the moment.

But yes, i was also thinking of the spacers too.

18x10 can fit in the rear, an 18x9 18x10 set would be my next setup if I wasn't selling my b5.
