The auto setting for the headlight switch the back lighting for the word "auto" in orange flickers when I have it selected and usually does not light up anymore, do i have to replace the whole assembly or just the bulb? Does warranty covers it?

You need to have it replace under warranty.

    Re: headlight switch

Try taking it out and looking to see if you have any loose connections. In the off position, push down on the knob into the switch. Then twist left (or right, forget which). The whole thing will come loose and you can pull it out.

Even if nothing's broken, you can now just get the switch and put it in yourself and avoid a labor fee.

twist a little to the right, in between off and auto, and release, it will snap into place and you can pull the assembly out.. The harness is usually in there really tight so unless you've removed it before or tapped one of the wires, that should not be the problem.
