Stability and ABS Lightson, plus "Brakelight" When I get off the brakes

So I went for a short drive this morning to drop off my fiance at work ( less than 4 miles roundtrip ) yesterday she tels me that the brakelight warning came on when she was driving. Today, its Brakelight, plus the ESP warning light,and ABS. I checked the brakelights, and they all illuminate.


What could be causing this? I have to drive 40 miles to work one way in 40 minutes, and dont want to do it in an unsafe car.

EDIT: The alignment is a litte off ( pulls to the right ) and has been for a while

So on the drive to work, I noticed that the ABS and ESP lights come on when I turn on the headlights.

Talked to Streetwerke and they VAG-COM'ed my car. Brake light switch near my pedal.
