Rear stock amp location?

I tried searching but could not find it. Can someone tell me where the rear stock amp is located for a non bose b7?

In the trunk behind the passenger side rear seat. You have to remove the rear seats and most of the trunk lining to get to it.

Thanks. I think i can see it through a vent in the trunk behind the passenger seat. Going to have a fun weekend. :)
