i'm all for CF mirrors covers, but $380 is probably the price of folding S4 mirrors! i need to find a cheaper way of getting these.

Those are caps / covers - he has full CF housings - learn to read

That ebay one is just a decorative cap. The one discussed here is the entire mirror shell / bracket, etc. It replaces the entire mirror housing. I assume you have to install your own motor and mirror, etc. It is much more of a part.

It is a little pricey just for the appearance, but I am sure the price reflects a fair cost. It isn't for me, but for someone who likes it, and has the extra scratch, it is not just a cover but is the real thing.
