RS4 Fog Lamp Air Grille Kit (Install help)

How hard are these to install? I thought they would just snap in, but I'm reading more about glue?

No they don't fit.
You gotta cut out the mesh looking area and glue it to the backs of your existing fog grilles.

You sure? They say they are for s-line only, which is what I have?

Don't understand why it wouldn't be a bolt-on / snap fit from the RS4? I thought our front bumpers were very close to the same. Like how the Grill is a bolt-on.

The grille is the same but the bumper is very different due to the fact that the RS4 has wide body fenders and has a taller bumper to make it look more sporty, just like the s-line bumper is compared to the non-sline bumper. The s-line bumper is the same as the s4 bumper. Look at whitevdubs car to get an idea of what the cut "rs4 mesh" looks like on the back of our oem fog grilles, his came out very clean.

kak39, the install WITHOUT the cross bar does look better. Thanks for bringing this up, I was just about to pick these up from ECS the other day. I'm kinda reconsidering now, since it's pretty much just a fabrication. Could just as easily get a similar plastic mesh without buying the whole RS4 assembly right?? Good luck with your mod, pics when you're done??

its pretty easy if you have any fab skills i cut the cross bar filled the holes with bondo. cut the mesh out of the rs4 grills and they fit almost perfectly they have the same bend to them. i used gorilla glue I think it is the best glue for plastic and very easy to use and then i used satin black paint it matches perfect. really if you dont cut out the cross bar its not worth it.
