Eh, I wouldn't go that far. They're pretty good about working on most cars within a few days or sometimes right away (depending on the nature of the problem of course)... Maybe a week but even that's pushing it. Either way, its better than being told to wait 2 weeks for an oil change at Diablo.

When was the management change? I havent been there in a few months (Thank God). I've been going there since I got my car in August of 2007 and I've had nothing but good experiences there. Im pretty sure most of us have been going there for a while and it's not just a "now" occurance.

Too bad Porsche moved to Livermore. Fortunately Audi of Oakland still has (or at least had) a Porsche certified technician on staff.

Not bashing you so dont take this the wrong way, but you guys might want to keep abreast of staff changes before you go on bashing businesses. Oakland has undergone some SERIOUS changes over the last year, and over the last few months. The people there are the reason I decided to move there in the last few months, and things are only getting better. I started on your side of the fence (the customer/tuner) and still have that viewpoint as well as a new one. That is all! Come on in and let me prove you wrong...

I dont hate Diablo..never have. I have bought four new Audi's there. I dont go there for service..for Ernst for sales is tops in my book.

Diablo closed because they were stuck between a BMW and Lexus dealership. Both would out sell Audi/Lincoln any day of the week. I met Ernst once and hes a straight up cool dude. Service at Diablo could kiss my ass though back in 2007! Diablo Audi parts was FTMFW!!!

Audi of Oakland does ok but I think the Mazda side will be doing a ton better.
