Need a part from Europe

I'm trying to locate a source for the bracket that relocates the Secondary Air Injection pump to the necessary position to utilize the passenger's side side-mounted charge cooler that the Europe market cars come equipped with.

I don't know which countries in Europe/UK use the Secondary Air Injection system. I imagine that with Europe's strict emissions laws this is standard equipment on most cars.

My car is a 2003 1.8T car. If someone could help me with this transaction I'd greatly appreciate it. I would be glad to buy it from a dealer if they will ship it state-side. I don't speak any other language other than some Spanish so I would need to talk to someone who can understand me.

If you can figure out what the number of the part you're looking for from this diagram, then you can call WorldImpex for example and ask them if they an get it for you. I was able to order #24 from them as mine was starting to tear in half.

Hello Stéph... I pm'd you about this. Unfortunately, the illustration does not show the Secondary Air Injection System. I think that the pump is shown with related emissions parts. Do you have access to the catalog page for those components? - Miguel

Stéph... did you have to change the pipe circled in this illustration to convert to the DSMIC?

That circled part (15) stays put then 7-13 is removed and replaced with the shorter "U" shaped red circled part located in the lower middle third of the table in post #6. This is bcs the pump is moved directly onto the engine block closer to 15. I bought a second hand kit and that piece was missing so I used the boost reservoir hose to connect the smog pump to "15"

I'll add a pic here in a lil bit....

If u look closely u can see the bottom of "15" connecting to the smog pump with my old boost reservoir hose fabricated in there with different hose ends. Also visible here is the tiny K03 turbo outlet and the smog pump.

Yes, matter of fact I used the ends of "8" to build my fabricated hose.

Ohhh and be very-very careful with the squeeze ends on the emissions/smog pump hoses they are very fragile and only need a little pinch and pull to remove if done right.
