so today i set out to find the leak behind my ecu. So i removed the ecu and then i put it back in started the car and the rpms bounced down to 400 then went to normal idle when i gave it gas. So i disconnected the battery put it back let it sit in the on position for about 20 minutes started it up same thing. I tried this maybe 4 times now and i am getting the same thing everytime. Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?

You don't need to make a new thread about this issue, you already have one where people have informed you what to do.

Did you do this step at all (that was recommended in your previous thread)

Do that and let the car idle and drive it for a bit.

    C

How to do throttle body adaption:

put the key and put it into the position just before the starter turns (do not start the car) push the gas peddle all the way wait 3 seconds and turn the key all the way back but do not take it out, now release the gas peddle and wait 2 minutes! remove key than put it back in and start the car
