climate control broke?

my whole climate control unit will not come on, i checked all the fuses and there all in working order, is there a relay under the dash for this that might have gone out? i dont know what else to try, and also my stereo wont go off when i turn the key to off and take it out.. why is this? help ASAP!

yes they do.. the only other thing thats happening is my oem stereo wont turn off when i turn the car off anymore,, all of this happend right after i pulled my aftermarker flip up dvd player out of my car. do you think they tapped into something? and if so where and what ? i just wish i knew what wires were what.
