    scanned my car for code and 1 fault came up

    16891 - Idle Control System RPM: Higher than Expected.

    i cleared the codes and scanned the car again same fault came up..

    anyone know what it could be, ive tried to clean the throttle valve and did the TB alignment but nothing helped..

    my RPM stays at 900 to 1000rpm... any help would be apriciated..
