Just like to comment on my experience this christmas, purchased a few items, but particulary their derlin shift knob for my B5 S4, it arrived with a few dents on the bottom, possibly from being dropped or mabye a manufacture defect.. I wasen't going to return it until I found out that I didn't get the low-stregnth thread-locker or the plastic boot spacer either. Despite my dissapointment, the customer service is the best I've had the pleasure of talking to for a *long* time. The guys were very helpfull and acutaly called *me* back, several times (I was at work so i couldn't answer). Got a new shifter shipped without sending the damaged one back first, and even e-mailed me a return label to send it back so I didn't have to pay shipping.


Defentaly a 9.5/10 experience, espically considering all this happened christmas week, so I *know* they were busy as shi*. It'll be a 10 if I get the threadlocker and spacer with the shifter this time (which they said should be in there)

Same here! Very positive experience. The items were extremely well packaged, and didn't pay any customs fees .

I haven't ordered alot from them, but the few times i have shipping tim is usualy 1-3 days, which isn't too bad.

Great to hear about positive feedback for a change. Not too much compared to bad ones these days...
