any special speaker that it must be replaced with it, any suggestions?

Don't replace them. I just did with some Infinity components and I had to disconnect my sub and feel the speakers to see if they even worked. They just don't produce much sound compared to the rest of the speakers in the car. If they are rattling, search for the DIY to reglue the dust caps.

use the "hidden" equilizer to crank up the rear volume, or just set the fader more to the rear.

what exact infinity's did you use?

the rear speakers on my b5 a4 2.8 quattro were crackling a lot when i first bought the car back in may, and was told the same that everyone else is mentioning. since the rear speakers have a built in amplifier and overpower the front speakers, fading the speakers out won't produce the best sound if that's what you're concerned about. i ended up replacing the speakers there and all around in my car as a whole for competition speakers. now the car sounds amazing and don't regret the purchases any bit. I went with Kicker Speakers for my doors and behind the back seat, and quantum tweaters.

is there a hidden eq in the symphony II system, if it is, i could not access it as mentioned for the bose system.

what exact infinity's did you use?

They are the 6010cs speakers without the tweeters or crossovers. I bought them dirt cheap from a guy that couldn't pay his rent.

I have adjusted on the hidden eq and faded them and still don't get much sound out of them. Maybe that is because I have a 1000 W amp on a 12 in the trunk and it overpowers those in comparison.

There was a previous thread about this, someone was saying you have to match the speakers that your replacing in ohms, and I believe i heard the fronts and rears are 2ohm speakers. If i find the thread i'll paste it in here.

Also for those that don't know how to access the EQ, turn radio off, hold down the 5 button(or the 5th preset button) and turn the radio back while still holding it. And then a EQ with a numbers will appear with all 5's, you can you the the Volume to change the value and P-scan to move to the next number. Once your done press the power buttonto turn the radio off and then turn it back on and the settings should be effective.
