How do I know if I have Xenon lights?

pop your hood, do you see a high voltage sticker on the top of each light?

The "coming home" is when you lock or unlock your car when it is dark out the fogs/brake lights/license plate lights turn on so you know where your car is.

The DRL switch simply turns the DRL's on or off.

I don't even understand the point of DRL's. What does it stand for anyway?

DRL=daytime running lamp. When on "0" DRL's are off and "comming home" is also off the other position is "on" for either feature.

Well, what's the point of them? They're pretty dim and put out an ugly halogen-like light. But like I said, they also click in. I can turn them both between "0" and "1" but then if I click either one in it doesn't seem to do anything.

When u turn on the lights the have a blue tint then load,and turn white,if not HID, they are normal, they dont flicker

with HID when u turn on your lights, say at night. U can see the lights level. Its like they nod at you when u start your car.....lol.

also if your driving slow and u turn ur steering wheel left to right quickly *dont advice doing this over 10mph* u will see the beams move with the steering wheel.

The point of them clicking in and out is so you can turn them on and off easier. that is all the clicking is doing. Yes DRL's are dim but they let someone know you are there if you are in a tunnel or they just don't see your car. As for the halogen light, you can switch them and make them look like this: which is a simple bulb that looks xenon.
