i have a set of black wheels with a pollished 2 1/4in lip. I was just wondering what would be safest and most effective way to strip the black? soda blasting, sand blasting, sandpaper, wire wheel, maybe some sort of sollution (paint stripper, ect...)? i just want to know what won't stain the pollished lip or take the shine away and take the paint off the quickest and easiest. TIA
