Rear Shocks 20mm (13/16) or 21mm?

Can't remember what socket I need to get that lower bolt out from the rear shocks. I want to get the right size at Home Depot as soon as I get out of work. Can anyone help me out?

Oh, and, was a breaker bar sufficient to break that bolt loose? I'm sure the NE salt infested roads will make it more difficult for me. PB Blaster anyone? =(

EDIT: Oops, did the math wrong. 21mm would be roughly 13/16. My apologies. Still need help though.

i don't remember the size of the bolt head, should probably just get the whole metric set of sockets and open ends wrenches for the back of the bolt. but get a can of PB Blaster, mine were pretty stuborn after last winter even with a 24" breaker bar.
