Looks sick, great color. Yeah, get some coil-overs and lower it a bit.

Man, all I can think of when I think nice cars and South Africa, is about Lucky Dube. Sad stuff. Be careful over there.

Post more pics! We don't have that color option in the U.S. It's only available on the A3 here unless you special order.

I don't think the wheels are bad either.

First of all, welcome to Audizine TAKE MORE PICS AND PUT THEM UP!

Second, I think the color is sick, and I am liking the rims. Just drop it as people have mentioned and I think it will look a LOT better. There are always going to be some people who don't like your style, and others who do. Bottom line, just do whatever makes you happy.

As an aside, MOFSTEEL, what is your opinion on what is wrong with his wheels? Just curious. They're not the standard RS4 reps that everyone and their mother has

Other than them looking cheap and not flowing with the lines of the car nothing.
Any wheel is better than Rs4 reps though.

    Thanks for the comments everybody
makes me happy getting comments from people like you okes that have such awesome cars
@mofsteel - you right, the rims are CHEAP, in sa it costs R2000 (ie $205 for the set). a decent set of 19s here R15000 (ie $1500) so in saying that, thats all i could afford for now
@kemiksiz - take it easy dude, public forums are open to everybodys opinion - but thanks for trying to defend me. To mod/custom a car in SA is a expensive task so we gotta do it slowly

the weather is clearing up so i go give the car a meguiars car wash and take some pics

    Very cool color!

the wheels look consistant with your car, as long as you don't tint everything black.
the contrast of silver/black of the wheels matches your car pretty well.

Dude...it's not America...they have like 7 engine choices compared to the 2 on the North American spec A4. He CHOSE 1.8T.

What sucks is that North Americans are subjected to shitty selection because Californians are enviro******s. That's what sucks. The engine selection afforded US and Canadian buyers is severely crippled by California emission standards and by strange US buying habits. Welcome to AZ stil... you have a good attitude and thick skin, you'll need it to survive here

The lava grey color looks great... but I'm going to have to agree with MOFSTEEL, those wheels were a waste of money. You'd probably have been better off saving the $205 towards buying nicer rims.

I don't hate them because they're cheap, but because they look like rims that belong on a '96 kitted out Civic In the end, it's your car so do whatever floats your boat

In my opinion.. a nice drop + new rims = good to go

$205 for a set of wheels? I was right, cheap.
They look like a $205 set of wheels.
    dude,

I'm just POINTING your style, not the ingrident of your comments. I have the common idea that they r np-ot pretty good BUT your style is like " you have the worst rims in the world, got get them installed in ur ass " or kşnda.. Its not right, if you have somethng to say negative, you should be more human being and polite.. Thats the POINT .. And I'm not talking just for this topic, I see this behaviour very commonly in a lot of topic..

But of course if you like to behave like an a$$, its thanks god not my problem

not at all for the laugh, I prefer to make people laugh in replace to hurt them .. huh?

as for my cheapy rims, im gonna get them powder coated (wife scratched them) so hopefully that will transform them abit. i dig them and they are gonna stay until i can afford something better
im getting luminX yellow tints for the spots and gonna install the cupra lip.

as for the motor, yeah its the old golf 4 1.8t but mine is up to about 150 - 160 kws and she really flys. no emission laws here
    in SA the b7 line started with 2.0 (96kw), 1.8t (120kw), 2.0T(147kw), 3.2(188kw), RS4 (309kw). The 1.8t was by choice

The car looks great, the wheels might not be to everyone's taste but I don't think they look bad at all. I just want to see some more pictures of the car out in the sun and of the interior!

    okay hold up gentlemen
i respect everybodys opinion and besides i asked for comments good or bad
i dont think its cool picking on fellow audi lovers, besides we all share the same interest
im new to the audi family and always thought us to be deserning drivers and different from the rest. I hope this tread doesnt go pear shaped because of disagreedments (its a public forum and i think we are all entitled to our own opinion)
i look up to all you okes cos youll have some wicked audis and hope my car to look half as hot, so enough with the rude comments and remarks at each other.
so with that out of the way, i took afew pics of the car (forgive me if the pics are not too great - my camera phone is not the greatest and the digital is abit messed up)
    but here goes

    colour up close

    sport edition/addition boot lid

another trying to show the colour

    the front

the sport seats (black leather and alcantara)

    more interior

thats it with the pics for now, if there is any others that you okes want to see, let me know and ill snap some up

thanks nsmith12, those are the standard seats on the sport package with No Cost option with the alcantara.
some people ask why the car has cloth on the seats (never heard of alcantara)

Nice car man, wheels are fine, just lower it some. I'm curious how much did it cost? (in US$)
