i know the previous owner had lowerd my car but im not sure to what or any idea on what its set now. I just up'ed it to 395 in the front and 395 in the rear. I'd like to be able to start from scratch though to know where i am.

dont think there is a way to reset. correct me if i am wrong but 402 is the stock ride height. just follow the instructions to get it back to 402.

Re: anyway to reset the 402 ride height?

No way to reset. You have to measure from the apex of the wheel well to the center of the wheel on level 2. Measurement should be 402mm. If not, compensate with VAG-COM what ever the difference is. Once the allroad is at 402mm on all four wheels while set at level 2, you are back at stock setting for height. Then do 402 mod to get the car to the height you personally like. Also, it is very important to park on a flat level surface when you do the measurements and height adjustments.
    Good luck

    Issue? send me an email

When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.
