how long to replace cams

how long does it take to replace the cams on our a4's?

no ones had them replaced by the dealer and knows how long they took?

I had mine replaced by the dealer. I dropped the car off at 2 p.m., and got called back the next day at 5 p.m. that the car was done. However, that included replacing the coil packs, and 2 other recalls. The dealer also had to order the cams, as they didnt have them in stock. That sort of gives an idea of how long it took. The dealer never listed how long it took them, as I wasn't charged for anything.

After all the parts where in for mine it took about 5 hours tops.
