What's a good option for lowering springs for a B8? Nothing crazy, just a couple inches.

    Re: Lowering springs

Lowering springs on stock shocks are never a good option since you're putting shorter, stiffer springs on shocks that were not engineered to work with them. This typically results in poor performance and blown shocks. You're better off with a matched spring/shock kit or coilovers. IMO, do it right or don't do it at all.
