broken ?pcv? hose

While im trying to find this elusive EVAP CEL I stumbled across a small hose that appears to be broken. Cant find where this connects to and hopefully someone can help


here is the image of what I took

basically the hose connects splits into two from the blue connector up there.

The red arrow is where the hose splits. The brown line is the actual hose and am not sure where it goes.

The red lines is where the hose runs from. The black line is the plastic tubing that sticks out from it. At the end of it should be a rubber hose but not sure where it connects to.
