Chris -- actually got it on ebay; inexpensive and, yes, pre-facelift; matches lower grille, no chrome. PM me if you can't find it and I'll go thru paypal account records, but name of ebay store was "gofast" or "going fast" or "drive fast" or something like that.


And YES it was SARCASM!! I can just hear Stampy rolling around on floor now (and falling down stairs), "see, I told ya".

Stumpy? Sorry mang, I was busy all day! I really touched a nerve and I am truly sorry. My feeling on this came from one I saw in person. It was the beige color and I thought it was a passat. It actually looks good on my good friend Wofman's car. I like how it matches the lower grill perfectly.

All that being said.....I am not really a fan when someone removes the rings from the grill. To each their own.

On a side note, Pizzeria Via Stato on State st sucks and robbed me of $85. That should make Wofman feel better.
