    satin black rear diffuser

    need help. b7 brilliant black owners has anyone painted their rear diffuser satin/matte black, is so can you post pictures, i"ve seen it on other b7's but not on a black one. Does anyone recommend i do this or just paint it the same color as the car.

    I think the older models came stock with a satin black diffuser despite car color.

    I'm going to paint mine soon. I think I'm going to try the plasti-dip thing.

    I have plasi-dip which is matte. I don't think it would look good on black. I would leave it or match it or try the gunmetal that one guy on hear tried.

    I got Ibis wht s-line and am getting the black bbs ch wheels which are satin-- so I'm painting my rear valence satin black to match the wheels-- its gonna look HOT!

    but this isn't happening till after winter-- so i will post pics

    What do you have on it now? Here is mine OEM satin or whatever finish it is (non-painted). I personally prefer a contrasting diffuser:

    I am in the same boat here. I had mine painted to match the car (Brilliant Black) and I am thinking about re-painting it satin black. I like the contrast.
