    mobil 1 ATF syntetic in a tiptronic 5HP19FL ?

A4 2003 Tip, 70 000 miles, i will flush the Torque Converter and change my filtrer.

right now my trany is banging when it time to put it in reverse and sometime between shifting.

so, any one use this kind of oil ?

second question; do the dextron 3 lubricate the frond diff or the transfer case ? or they have there specific oil. if they get there specific oil, is it some 80-90 ? like the rear diff ?

i will change everything in the same time.

Form my bad english, read my sign.

I'm planning on using Amsoil ATF Universal. It is a bit rough going from park to R for me as well, hopefully new ATF will fix that.

Try to put the ebrake on before you let go of the brake.

The Mobil 1 site now states that the "new forumla" M1 Synthetic ATF is now suitable for Esso LT 71141 fluid specd transmissions, such as the ZF trans in our Audi's. Now whether you choose to use the M1 versus the Pentosin is entirely up to you.

Re: mobil 1 ATF syntetic in a tiptronic 5HP19FL

Pentosin ATF-1 Synthetic, is on the ZF approved synthetic fluids list. (TE-ML 11) I don't see Mobile 1 ATF on the list yet.

    The differential requires:

"Fill differential and transfer box with gear oil Burmah SAF-AG4 (Audi / VW Oil No. N 052145000,
    Porsche Oil No. 999.917.545.00)."
