    The Official Table Centerpiece Build

This should probably go in the chatterbox section but its a project and build derived from a4 parts so here we go...

Well Christmas is coming up and like most of us, I am broke. I spent all my money, and half of my overdraft account on a few new goodies for the car. Now i not only need a new credit card, but i also seemed to have forgotten that it is the time of the year where you have to drop big $ on gifts for other people.

    Time to get crafty...

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xWI7KjR7SrE

7 salvaged rods out of a couple blown 1.8t blocks + 1 coke can + a bunch of candles + a coat-hanger + a VW badge from the local junkyard= one sweet candle stick

Getting Rotational Equilibrium here took about an hour

One gift down, zero dollars spent... WIN!

Re: The Official Table Centerpiece Build

theres a guy in town with a mailbox post made out of some V10 crankshaft. i think it was from some sort of boat engine. i would love to see some kid try and hit that with a baseball bat and break his hand.
