I dropped my car at a service center with complaints of a door pillar rattling/making annoying noises, and a few other misc. problems.

Pick my car up 2 days later with "we couldn't find any problems" and an extra 40ish miles on my car. I guess joy riding is funner than working.

Oh yeah, and the rattle was the only thing they COULD fix is now making MORE noises. I </3 Dealerships & Service Departments!

    From what im hearing

Penske, and Pacific seem like the best to buy from, i will check them. And approach Keyes, Rusnak, and MV with caution, but still see what i can do.

This should be fun. *half serious statement*

i've been happy with service at Audi of Downtown. Same is true for BH Audi. Audi of Downtown didn't seem interested in selling me a b8. wouldn't budge at all. Picked the b8 up from Rusnak through the internet sales department, and it was great. My previous 3 audis had all come from BH Audi. 2 miserable experiences and a decent one on my s4. They always just seemed to have the car I was looking for.

David H at Circle Imports in Long Beach was great to me. Even hooked me up with his wheel connection and I got a great deal. PM me if you want his contact information.

if you're looking to buy, i say go to keyes audi, make some friends in the service department (Tony), and you'll be fairly set. Otherwise, the dealership experience there is sub-par at best. I hear great things about Penske (tuner friendly as well) and my buddy from the idagency gets all of his cars from there.

Sales - I dunno - my Audi was from back East.

Service - Penske. Those guys treat you right. Jason's my service tech, but I tried to email him and it bounced back...hmmmm. Hope he's still around. If not, Chris is also a good guy.

Picked up a car last weekend.

Joe at Keyes Audi took care of me. I cant say much for the sales manager there, but Joe worked his butt off to make the deal i wanted happen.

I've had no problems with Walter's Audi in Riverside. My car has been in and out of there for over a year and Stacy has been nothing less than a sweetheart to me. The last warranty problem they handled was a bad engine. They ended up replacing it. I don't know about the rest of the other dealerships, but the folks at Walters are one of the greatest i've ever dealt with.

McKenna Motors is probably the best. Talk to Nick LoCasalle. Great Salesman. Don't go to Commonwealth Audi in Santa Ana. They rip people off...I was taken by them 3 times. I hope McKenna Buys them out and fires the whole parts crew. BUNCH OF LIARS and CHEATS. Charging me $85 to reset my check engine light when it was a Audi Factory Recall. The parts manager was sitting in for the receptionist handing the keys. He wouldn't let me go unless I paid. We argued for a while and after a heated exchange I finally left after I TOOK my keys. Here's another "STEALERSHIP" trying to come up on a Factory Recall?!?! I couldn't believe that he wanted to charge me for a recall. My 2 cents.

I just picked up a B8 A4 from Keyes Van Nuys talk to Ali (or email him if you want). They gave me a bomb deal. The people there were pretty chill and laid back. I went to Auto Gallery on Ventura and Canoga in Woodland Hills and the manager there was pretty rude to me, but the sales people there are chill talk to Hubert and Omega if you check that place out.

For service I definitely recommend Mission Viejo, I've had a major service and three warranty jobs done there. Craig is very helpful, good about calling to update. Steve is a great guy as well. I bought in Covina, but will definitely buy my next Audi at MV.

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM BEVERLY HILLS AUDI AS POSSIBLE!

They sold me my car without smogging it first - then expected ME to do the smog. Reluctantly, I did...however, the "reimbursement" check for $62 they sent me BOUNCED!!

Not to mention the sales-people know NOTHING about the cars. They swore in emails to me that my car had the "sport package and xenon lights," which it didn't. They also swore the CPO warranty lasts 10 years/100k miles from the original in service date, which it doesn't (they disclosed this to me while signing all the contracts, said it's actually only 2 years/50k miles from the end of the original warranty). When I showed my dismay, they simply said "take it or leave it" - this is AFTER spending 4 hours at the dealership, waiting my turn to get into finance.

Again, STAY AWAY from Beverly Hills Audi at all costs!

I concur with your choice, But I deal with Rainer Stiller At Circle, He is the Sale Manager. This is a OLD Fashion Audi Dealership, Nothing beats Going back To The Basic's. No big Auto center over head Press, Just Audi's and Porsche's.

I've always had decent experiences with regards for Sales, I think its pretty easy to find a salesperson you can work for (and really easy to walk out on one you can't). The trick is finding someone you can trust to Service your car.
