Advice please

I have a coolant leak that after pressure testing has been pin pointed to leaking o-rings on the coolant pipe under the intake manifold, and i have a t-stat that is stuck shut. My car is a 96 A4 2.8 and i was hoping that someone could direct me in the way of some write ups or has some advice on how to fix these two problems.

So the t-stat is pretty much the same for the 1.8 and the 2.8? except i will prolly have less room to work
