    Re: Best all season tire

I currently have Kumho Ecsta ASX's on, they are allright. Good overall. I had Pirellis P-Zero Nero's before and will likely go back to them. They seemed to wear better and just out perform the Kumho's in general.

    Re: Best all season tire

Tirerack has a ton of reviews, survey and test results. Generalizing very broadly, Michelins tend to get great reviews but are also the most expensive. Bridgestone, Yokohama and Goodyear also have some great tires but tend to be priced lower than the Michelins. Then you have some of the budget brands of which Kumho and Falken may be two of the better ones...

Check out the Goodyear Eagle F1 A/S, Michelin Pilot Exalto A/S. They are more on the high priced side, but worth it.

    Re: Best all season tire

Just got a set of Goodyear Eagle GT's mounted a week ago and have put about 300 miles on them. I had Pirelli P6's on there before and they were terrible. We're supposed to get some more snow soon, and I'll have another 300 miles on them by week's end and report back about snow/ice traction. I do like them so far though and they aren't very expensive compared to most others. They are a newer tire though, so there aren't too many reviews about them yet.

Do you have an update on these? I'm going to need some soon and am considering the GT's as well. Thanks.

Screw Falken's they lasted 20,000 miles for me. +1 For Kumho Ecsta ASX, less than $100 a tire!

    Re: Best all season tire

Best all-season by far is the Bridgestone Potenza RE960's. I just put a set on my car last year, had them siped, and took on the winter storm we had for two weeks up here. They worked perfectly in the 10" of snow we had, handled the hardpack really well along with powder, and stick extremely well in dry/wet condtions. I couldn't be happier with an All-season performance.

    Re: Best all season tire

I have Pirelli P-Zero Nero's, and it's looking like 1 year will be the limit. I read reviews that they were soft and wore out quickly, but I can now second that, and bummed that they wore out so quickly. Great tire while it lasted though.... Tire rack is awesome
