Rear Sensors from Audi - How Easy is the Install

So I'm considering replacing my bumper with an OEM version with parking sensors. Any ideas/advice about how easy it is to install? Are all of the needed connections present in cars that weren't factory equipped with them? Also, is there an on/off switch in the cabin? Is there a speaker that needs to be added to the cabin?
Cool stuff with a little growl!

There have been posts before about guys who have added the sensors, you don't need to buy a new bumper but you do need to drill into the one you have, after removing it from the car. All it gets you is a series of "beeps"... It's also expensive, if I remember correctly. If you have RNS-E I'd look at adding the rear-view camera instead, that's a pretty cool mod.
