Exhaust Massivve leak and some Q's

Well i have Thermal R&D race exhaust. And where the flex pipe comes together from two and a quarter to three inch its finally broken. Like most VW and Audi's with 100K miles on them or well 80K for VW the flex pipe over time gets brittle and brakes. And now mine has and its a MASSIVE exhaust leak, pedals shake, sounds like a SRT4 and just junk runing kinda.

Anywhoo no exahust shops in town sell two and a quarter to three inch flex pipe, i have not called thermal yet to see if they just sell the felx pipe that goes from the CAT to the exhaust itself. But looked around and could not find any company that sells three inch from turbo back.???

Everyone iv seen has three inch at turbo and then stock size for the flex pipe hook-up to whatever exhaust your running. IS there any company who makes three inch downpipe to three inch flex pipe to the rest of the exhaust??

Or would this have to be custom made? I was going to spend some money and get a downpipe finally and don't mind settling for a stock size two and a quarter flex pipe to three inch for the exhaust which is what i have right now, but its kinda hard to find. or am i not looking hard enough.
Any help would be great. because i need this done ASAP. Thanks.

mine broke at the exact same spot. had it custom welded up with a new flex. It works but i want a new downpipe.

can you have them use 3 inch flex pipe to a reducer or whatever size u r running on the exhaust after the flex pipe ?

well from thermal it has the two and a quarter pipe then a reducer there but it flares up to a three inch flex part and the flex pipe mesh part is three inch, which then flares to a three inch part to a three inch pipe to the rest of the exhaust. kinda hard to explain sorry
