Purchased a throttle body from this guy. Paid $100. After a couple weeks and no response from him through PM or Email I opened a Paypal dispute. He immediately posted that he had mailed it to the wrong address. He asked if I wanted my money back or if I would like it shipped again. I said I wanted my money back. After another week of no response I up-lined it to Paypal. They tried for over a week to get in touch with him. After that they found in favor of me on the dispute. Bad thing is that they were only able to get me $67.83 out of the $100 that I paid. I'm contacting paypal again to see how I can get all my money back.

Just got an email from Paypal and I have received the rest on my money back "Per the seller's request", not bad since I opened the dispute over two months ago.

Sorry your TB was shipped to the wrong address. You bitch and complain about this all the time to everyone. I've sold alot of parts, and accessories on here, sorry I made an honest mistake. You recieved your money back, whats your problem?

#1 It took me filling a complaint with paypal to hear anything from you requesting when or if it had even shipped. Then you say it was shipped to the wrong address and got the package back - why wouldn't you email me at once. On one of your sale ads last week you said that you had never received the package back. Funny how the story keeps changing.

#2 It took over two months to get my money back. And that took me filling a paypal complaint and two weeks before paypal couldn't get a response from you before they finally gave me what money you had in your account.

#3 I only got the rest of my money because you couldn't use your paypal account until this was settled.

Don't try to act like you shouldn't look like a douche bag after all that shit.

But like I said - I'm done with you
