    Wheel question again

    Hi guys,

It's been a long time since I posted. I've been lurking on and off since I last said I quit Audizine but it's inevitable Anyways, I have my eyes set on a set of wheels at a really, really good price but my only concern is that all 4 have a 23 offset. It's originally for a MB CLS I think. Do you guys think that it's too agressive for our 2.7s? And the only other thing is it's staggered. I gave up staggered wheels before my HR3s but now I'm thinking of going staggered again. Decisions, decisions....

Hahaha, I'm trying to get the Petrol Vulcan 2pc wheels that I saw on ebay. I think the wheel looks good. The downside is that they don't make the wheels anymore so if you mess one up....It's either the Vulcan or the Vertini Hennesey wheels.

Those 20s are fugly, not a fan at all.

And as for a et23 offset, it will stick out too far. One of my sets of wheels is 8" wide with et30 offset and its flush in rear with a slight rub in front on dips, even with rolled inner fenders.. So if they are 8" or wider they difinitely won't fit.

    Re: Wheel question again

23et offset is perfect for the 2.7t allroad. allroad offset is 25.
A6 offset is 35et and 23et will probably not work.

    Issue? send me an email

When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.

The thing is I had 35 offset 19x10 in the rear before without rubbing issues. The 23 offset is only about .47in difference. Wouldn't the 19x9.5 23 offset make up the 1/2 inch for the 19x10 35 offset? Does that make sense? I'm sacrificing the 1/2 an inch of lip for the 1/2 inch offset or does it not work like that?
