what kind of tranny fluid and how much?

I know theres a million posts about transmission fluid on this site, but I just need a definite answer. I live in a warm weather climate and need to know what brand of transmission fluid to use and how much I will need for a 6MT? Also, what type of fluid for the differential and how much?

Make sure you use gl-4 fluid for the trans and gl-5 for the rear diff. Motul or redline are both excellent
