splash guard

so i thought it would be a good idea to plow through about a foot of snow pulling into my driveway last night... turns out the snow was mostly ice, and i F****ed up some sort of splash guard underneath my car. its not the engine splash guard shown in the 1st pic here:

its a piece of plastic about a foot wide that runs from about the front wheel to the back wheel on each side of the car. you can kinda see it in the 2nd pic.
any idea what this part is actually called or how much it costs?? thanks.
