Misfire help me plzzzzzzzz

ok so as of yesterday I have had this bad ass misfire so thinking nothing of it figured just need plugs it has over 151xxx miles so picked up a set pre gaped put them in and still a misfire but by this time it was late so no trips to autozone for codes but i went 1st thing this mourning and got the cylinder2 misfire so ok i pick up a coil pack install on cylinder 2 (http://autorepair.about.com/library/...bl-fo-1251.htm) and still have a misfire went back for the codes again and got a random misfire code now wtf so any ideas what could be the problem im staying up night untill i find out whats going on here lol

Having a similar problem on my misfires are on cylinder 3. I was told the egt sensor but havent had it replaced yet

I think we've all suffered this problem at some time. Try the ignition amplifier (on top of the airbox) try switching them to see if the misfire moves to another cylinder.
The most common causes of a misfire like this would be plugs, then coil pack (try switching them to another cylinder to see if the misfire moves also), then the amplifier. If all check out good then start looking at the injectors. (unless you get some other codes suggesting a hard failure)
I don't know if you're modded or not, but on my AMS stage V, I will get random misfires under heavy throttle if the outside temp is below 30 degrees, no matter what I've done/tried.
