I really hate to do this, but lets see some pics of car accidents involving your car along with a story. I'll start:


Stopped at a stop sign, a 30ft long yellow school bus decides to make a left turn down the one way street I was on (she was obviously going the wrong way) and just hit the front corner of my car.

Seatbelt saved my life without a doubt, but Mercedes does make a helluva tank to put them in. Everyone in the car was able to extract themselves (albeit upside down at first) out of my side window and wait for the ambulance. I walked away with temporal retrograde amnesia, and all 3 of us with cuts/bruises from seatbelts and airbags and that's it. Last thing I remember was a tree hitting right in front of the B-Pillar, so I'm definitely lucky as hell to be alive. German engineering for life, literally.

i was doing the speed limit and minding my own business going down the highway when i suddenly t-boned this jetta because she pulled out right in front of me without checking the oncoming traffic. car was totaled but i'm actually glad it happened because the avant i bought with the insurance money is way more bad ass.

I was T-boned on the front driver's side corner, my car spun and hit the other car again on my driver's side rear, my car spun the other way and the passenger's side rear tire hit the curb. The car was totalled but I bought it back, rebuilt it and made a nice little chunk of change. The last pic is how the car looks now, after the rebuild.

June '02. Here's a photo of the only wreck that I've been in, the lady in front of me slammed on her brakes because she thought a car was going to pull out in front of her. Since I was in a Honda, I couldn't stop in time.



Since then I've been a stickler on brake quality when buying cars.

A car full of old people were crossing across two lanes of oncoming traffic perpendicularly to get onto the freeway but forgot to look both ways. Saw me going down the street and like deer in the headlights just stood there. I locked up my tires and all 3 tons of my car smacked into their passenger side.

That's their door panel on my toy hook.

I headed out from my friend's house to meet my family for dinner at a restaurant about 15 minutes away. I was going about 25-30 mph a few seconds after making a turn and noticed a brand new GMC Acadia edging his way towards the road I was on.

I maintained my speed and began to pass him, seeing that he had stopped at the edge of the road. Well, apparently he didn't see me and he decided to make his turn right as I passed him...into the side of my car. Oh and this was on my birthday.





But I guess it ended up being a good birthday present..got a great deal from insurance, and ended up picking up one of these:

Good thing I'm tall so my head was pretty far back. I got a cut that required 3 staples, but I was fine and wasn't knock silly or anything. The er doctor gave me the staple remover to take them out and told me to see my regular doctor in a week and have him use it to take them out. Well I said fuck a $30 co-pay and had my buddy do. He was quite enthusiastic to do it. Even gave me a Coors light as a pain killer.

One guy used my 944 turbo as brakes going about 15mph. He hit the gas as I was creeping up to check traffic turning right.

He didnt have insurance, promised to pay, paid about 1/2 we negotiated (in installments), and never heard from him.

So my GF was having a thanksgiving dinner for our friends tonight. Since she lives in an apartment, parking was hard. My friend and I go to move my GF's car to the neighborhood. I take my new car (Just got it last sunday.) to go pick him up from the neighborhood. Park the car, and then head down the road. I'm not sure what time it was, but the sun was setting and my lights were on. So I'm driving south on a 2 lane road. A guy in a maxima is making an illegal u-turn from the side of the road. I see him in front of me (he didnt have his lights on or his blinker, and his car is black) and slam on the brakes (doing about 45mph), and turn left. I turned left because I thought I could barely miss him. If I went right, I would of ended up in the wall. Basically, his car was blocking the street with no where to go. I t-bone him and we end up about 10 feet from someones living room. Thank GOD no one was hurt!!!! We all walked out and are fine. I can care less about the car, because it is just a car. Sadly, I just got it last week and it is a lease (not sure what happens now).

This is my first accident, so a little shaken up. I'll live. The cops said the guy was at fault. My car, more than likely, is totalled. The tow said the front end was twisted pretty bad.

Please becareful out there guys!! Crazy during this time of the year!

no accidents yet *knock on wood* but my brother had a bad one.
He was cut off by a early 90's Accord. He swerved to miss it and then overcorrected and slid thru 5 lanes of traffic, hit the center median, bounced back and was hit by a lifted Bronco. The Bronco flipped and landed on its side, hitting a Saturn. The Accord hit the Saturn.

i turned 21 and was making enough money to buy my first brand new vehicle.. wanted turbo and awd and stick... since my insurance was rediculous w/ a wrx, i went turbo baja w/ stick... owned it for a year.. actually if you go to google, click on images, then type in subaru baja, my truck is the first pic that comes up.. a year and 2 months after i took delivery, it had 34k miles and i fell asleep on my way to work one morning and hit gaurdrails then a tree... hit tree at around 45mph, no airbags, bent frame, totalled truck... that paved the way for my audi...
