onceover: i was bummed on no quattro badge as well, but got it for a pretty good deal so i cant complain too much.

SVAudiboy: yeah, they are yakima rails. i had those since i got the car because i had yakima snowboard racks. it kinda bugs me that the box and rails are different brand because im OCD like that sometimes; but i had to have the carbon fiber look of the THULE box so im dealing with it.

as an FYI denim blue is an MY02 & MY03 colour only, so if your gf's Avant is an MY04 then it's an ocean blue.

^^ not sure about the tint dougy. it was on when she got it. its absolutely perfect though! not too dark and not too light. im pretty jealous of it actually. it seems to be in between 35% and 20% maybe.

I like the setup. Yakima lowrider adapters fit better imo than Thule's system. Although Yakima isnt quite to the stage of your Carbon Fiber Thule in the box department. I love the blue wheels!

Nothing wrong with a mix. I have a Yakima cargo box retrofitted with Thule mounts on Yakima cross-bars.

from a place called Rack N Road in Sacramento. they have a website, but i just got the phone number from the site and called. super good service and they shipped out the next day. i got it in three days total. good price too.
