stage 3 tune. what do you think?

hey guys I just looked into some tuning options, and just wanted to see some opinions or advice on what someone in my situation. the situation is that I am up at 6000+ ft above sea level.

here is the list:
AWE fueling, IC's, and I still have the MAF from them.
rsk04 kit w/o manifolds. full 3" turbo back.
I have not had a chance to throw it on the dyno, but I am sure that I could be running better. I have a water-meth kit I will put on after I get this whole tuning situation adressed.

I have looked into e85, not so sure about it, due to lack of gas stations in my area offering it. Also thought about going the EPL route but decieded it was too expensive.

There is one local shop that offers remaps, I have some info that may help you help me. around 1100$ to do I believe I need a new MAF either way?

Or what about Vast? I am not familiar with them and know a lot of you out there have experience with that.
I know I am going to probably need a different MAF either way, and I was thinking bigger injectors (60lb?) I want the best option but smartest decision money wise. Thanks ahead of time.

VAST would be your best bet in the tuning department. Not to say that Wicked sucks because they don't. I just think that VAST cars run the smoothest and fastest from everyone else. Do a search on VAST tunes and you will see that every customer is 100% satisfied

really depends on what your looking for..

if your looking for just all out speed.. marcs tune, if you want a shop to back it, epl or vast.

jdging your location, everything will be remote, so then back to marc

Yea, Marc is a good guy........I've purchased several items from him w/ zero problems. He's great w/ answer emails quickly and is very helpful w/ answering questions.

I would just got w/ VAST for my tune, eventually, as they are right in my back-yard....

I cannot believe there is no one dissing this thread about marc's tune what does it run on race gas becaus i've seen 2.87 fats on pump wtf does it run on meth or 110 octane???

on race gas from what I have heard is in the neighborhood of 2.5 for Marc. I personally believe that meth wouldn't really make the fats time faster in his case because I am sure at running a 2.5 with PJ K04's that engine and turbo setup is maxed out, but with meth it would greatly decrease intake temps making the cars power more smooth and consistent.

sketchy you came with some bent up seats being all sketchy trying to trade for an alcantara interior, and you call me sketchy funny. Go with marc's tune if you have K04's only lol i dont think he has any other tunes yet for RS6 or any GT cars.

He absolutely is. He has done absolute wonders for my car and has always done right by me. No matter if its normal call of duty work he has done to my car (repairs, maintainence or mods) or even helping me out in a jam. Which he has done on many occasions, even coming to me when needed. Too many people tend to base opinions on the he-say, she-say drama from the forums and not enough on actual dealings with him or anyone else. And I can also say, that ANY additional mod I added, he always re-customized my tune to accomodate... So if you want a tune that is customized to your actual tune, I would highly recommend him & SSP.

And he can probably accomodate for the altitude issue based on logs. But I will let him answer that...

its funny cause i told him the exact descriptions and took mad pics and he then agreed to meet up. his seats were in the same shape as the ones i had. and i came all the way to your shop (2 hours away) for something your friend wanted to do i did him a favor coming all the way to your sketchy as hell rent a shop to where i had to wait outside for a couple minutes before being let in, that's sketchy. and on top of it all he gave me 20 bucks for my trip back home. it was 6.50 with tolls and plus the gas wasted was a full tank. so it wasn't worth it at all and your all dicks.

you also thought my brother was burnall4s4 and thought he ran his 11.2 with rs6's. its funny cause lowered97a4 has his turbos now and he can tell you that they are rs4 k04s. get a life. all i know is from having talked to you i wouldn't trust you to touch my car.

SSP Tuning gets my vote.

He can tune for RS6's, E85, GT cars K04's, K03's, you name it. Only a few people can do that, and the one major person listed in here, is not one of them.

lol yes joking around with your bro but don't forget when you and all your buddies were trying to yank your motor for the first time and didn't notice the power steering line attached and you were calling me asking me what is holding this motor in place since its not coming out with 3 guys tugging on it lol

As you noticed when you came in i was grinding an exhaust and you think i can hear anything with that, no until vinny started knocking at the gate loudly.

don't associate your transaction with vinny to me i was only trying to help him and you so you could trade seats, but i know vinny and i know how picky he is over everything.
