I have a set of Xenon E-Codes that I ended up installed on my car, and when they level out (when they go down and move up) only the right one moves now and the left looks like it moves about 1mm down and 1mm back up while the other one moves like its supposed to.... Could the motor be out?? If so can the stock motor from my OEM headlights work as a replacement??

I'm not sure about your ecode problem, but I would be careful with Nokya bulbs. A friend of mine just burnt his wiring-harness with them.

yeah it sounds like your motor isn't functioning the way it should. Maybe when you had the ecodes installed you messed up a wiring connection or something. Or maybe it's just going out so it's not moving as much as it should be. But the headlight isn't dipped, that would mean the bulb is burning out. Not sure why it means that, but it gives you a warning on your center console when it happens.

But are you not getting any auto level error?
