Manual Transmission oil change????

99.5 A4 1.8T MT APR 93 octance......

Well Oscar just turned 152k..... i don't know if and when the previous owner changed the transmission fluid....but I've had the car since 110k

shifts fine..no problems...just feel like it might be time.

1. What oil do i use? i know from other cars if its too thick it'll suck to shift in the cold and too thin will grind/do damage when hot....

2. does my transmission have a magnetic drain pan plug? cause if it doesn't i'm sure my driving style has brass flakes floating around everywhere in there?

3. Anything else i should know?
