weird headlight issue

I got in an accident and i put on new headlight tabs and now on my passenger headlight i have this weird dual beam issues. I have a normal brightness area but about 1" above that i have a "ghost" i guess you could call it light..pretty much like a shadow..Could the bulb have shifted? i plan to check it out tomorrow but not quite sure what to look for

looked at it this morning everything seems to be fine but i still have that weird dual beam pattern
