    255/35ZR-18 on Stock Wheels?

I was just wondering...I have an extra set of Pirelli P Zeros from my C63 and I know the fronts will fit perfectly on my S4 because they're the same size, but would the rears fit the OEM wheels?

The rear tires are 255/35ZR-18 and, as I'm sure all of you know, the OEM rear wheels are 8 x 18.

Will they fit, and if so, is this a good idea?

    1 inch = 25.4 mm

they could fit them, when you go too big of width on too narrow of rim it starts bow so less of the tire touches the ground....similar to motorcycle tires, but of course there is a purpose for the way their tires are.
    work in progress....

Well, the stock tire size is 235/40ZR-18 (front and rear), so these rear tires that I've got from the C63 are only 20 mm wider, which is even less than 1 inch. I hope they do fit because they're virtually brand new (I only drove about 1,400 km on them) and I'd hate to see them go to waste.

Anybody else has any thoughts on this?

Nope, just your regular everyday P Zero summer tires.
