i have the tool if you are talking about the 16mm 12 point tamper proof 3/8 drive, but from california and i can ship to you.

I don't have it either. Check Napa or maybe with a local indy shop (sometimes you can borrow if you leave a deposit or something).

harbor freight has a siphon pump with two sections of two foot clear plastic tubing for under $10... rather than buy the tool i used the siphon pump to drain and fill the trans (by feeding the tubing down through the hole where the fill plug is). i also used the siphon pump to add fluid to the rear diff
