windsheild washer pump fuse keeps blowing?sometimes...

I had this happen to me 2x so far in the last month. When I use the washers, all is ok, until they decide not to work anymore and then I see the fuse has blown, change the fuse and then use the jets again for a few weeks until the fuse pops again. I just rebuilt the car and the side with the washer jets had no dammage, so no wires cut or any repairs, what could be shorting out? Has this happened to anyone? I thought maybe a flat spot in the washer mototr, but would that cause a short?

Throw a 30A in.....saw a post earlier about it but im too lazy to search right now.
I have a 30A and havent had ANY issues yet

IIRC, that fuse will blow if the headlight washers are frozen shut.

I hate the headlight washers, they are more of a pain than anything else! i am thinking of disconnecting them.
