    Safe Mode Radio Help

So I searched the forums and understand that it is in the trunk and fortunately mine is there. However there is a ton of info on that sticker so what should I be looking for in terms of a code? How many numbers? Location on sticker?
    Thanks

    Re: Safe Mode Radio Help

MIne was a 4 digit number.

Mine was written by hand in the symphony system manual which happened to be in the glovebox.

    good luck.

It's a 4 digit code, numbers only. I've never seen it in the spare tire well but heard of this urban legend as well.

I had to have mine looked up at the dealer after a long quiet trip home from vermont. paying the money was like a slap in the face lol.

    Re: Safe Mode Radio Help

It's a 4-digit numeric code, that's all the radio will accept.

Mine was hand-written on a white sticker, in the spare well directly to the rear of the other sticker with all the official numbers.

If it's there it means you were lucky enough that a previous owner paid the $100 and that dealer was good enough to write it down for future reference. This is probably a highly unlikely scenario.

If you still have it, check the radio manual, it's in there

Check the sticky on the Bose system (a few threads up). You hold two buttons, then use the preset keys to adjust number, then hold those buttons again.
