Does anyone know how difficult it is to install one of these it seems like a easy job. I was just wondering if there were any things that might stump me during the install. Thanks

    Re: Turbo Inlet Pipe

u have to break alot of the one time use clamps on a few hoses so go to autozone and get some.

Other then that its pretty easy,be careful with the waste gate actuator because its plastic and make sure u get it all the way on the turbo and u will need good 18 inch screw driver to tighten down that clamp.

if u have any questions just pm me

very easy. now depending on which TIP you get, APR for instance missing some nipples that stock and other TIPs have so you have to combine some hoses.

just look for some DYIs, like K04 installs (i should one have here somewhere, just search under my name), they should also cover the TIP part.

APR missing one of the little inlets on it. if you bought it new it should have come with an install kit including a T. if not just get a T.
so you will need to combine 2 of the smaller hoses that go into the TIP into one, since you short one nipple.

    Re: Turbo Inlet Pipe

no problem, should be a piece of cake job. just make sure you get all the clamps you need as 03 silverbullet said. also i recommend you make a DIY boost leak tester (check a4mods site for instructions) and check for any leaks after you're done. though you will only be messing around with the vacuum side and not the boost side you still don't want any leaks there.

    Re: Turbo Inlet Pipe

You will need to remove the intake lid, and cut a few clamps to get to there. Work on a cool turbo/ engine bay.
