    Car stalling when cold

My car stalls out every time I put the clutch in, whether it be downshifting or coming to a stop the rpms would drop to 0 and die. When I turned the car back on after letting it sit for half an hour the rpms were jumping from 300 to 1500 at idle. When the car warmed up it didn't seem to stall anymore. Anybody have any ideas? I have a 2.8 if that helps.

Have you had your battery die lately? Sounds like the throttle body needs an adaptation done. Just turn your key on (do not start) and let it sit for a couple of minutes. see if that helps. Not sure what else it could be. Any other symptoms?

On second thought, it might be your coolant temp sensor.
