    windshield wipers

    it seems that my windshield wipers are off by 90 degrees. the off position is now directly up and down on the windshield. they work completely fine, intermintent and everything. the arms did not spin on the motors because they are perfectly insync. tryed connecting with vag com nothing showed up. tryed pulling fuse out when at bottom of cycle, still remembered the up off position. the what the hell happened and how do i fix it.

    the center bolt came loose on the wiper frame assembly.

    bolt number 16 in this post.
