    Question low Compression ?

    I have been looking all over trying to figure out if this is considered low or moderate compression for a stock motor.

    this is what i got on cylinders 1 to 4 165 - 150 - 150 - 160

    well if being close to 140 isnt good then my motor is on its way out, it only has 101,500 on it ...

    They're in a semi-tight range so you're probably OK. If they get too darn low, regardless of range, then you're in trouble.

    12/23/09 - My car has been phenomenal to me. Runs strong. Don't think I'm ever going to sell it. Rather throw $7k into it for a refresh than buy a new A4 that has no dipstick.
    12/5/10 - 100k miles & counting!
    9/22/13 - 146k+ & running strong w/a new TB, water pump, etc.

    you thing so ? well i am wanting to up the boost after i get the FMIC and all the exhaust. i was worried it may cause the motor to finally give out.

    O well boost it tell it blows i guess and rebuild it stronger
